Trade Advocacy

The SA Youth Trade Association delegation led by the President and Treasurer attended the Taiwon Carnival Experience upon receiving an invitation from the Taipei Liason Office. This trip was on the backdrop of an earlier meeting with the office and as part of a concerted effort to enhance the transfer of skills and knowledge that would be of great value to the members of SAYTA.

The experience gained at the carnival was invaluable as to understand a different culture. This is in line with the objectives of SAYTA which is to broaden the borders of our members whether it is through economical participation or a skills and knowledge transfer.

As SAYTA we will continue pursuing the youth agenda, which is geared at placing young people at the center of economic development in all strategic sectors but most importantly in trade.
